Gosh. Sooooo friggin tired now. Just before the most decisive day of Paediatrics posting – Tomorrow. Last day of paediatrics. 7am will have MEQ, rush to muar at 8am.. then come back for my end posting long case at Melaka GH at 2pm. WTH..
Probably will slip into a comatose sleep this time tomorrow. Or even earlier. SIGH.
Paediatrics posting. Entering 4th week. Assessment week, I call it. Where everything comes. Block test 2, MEQ, OSCE, Long case.. not to mention 2 follow-up case sheets + 2 assignments + portfolio, where people have to fill up the reflections section. Plus the occupational therapy n nursing activities part.
First hurdle up : Block test 2. Topics.. rather than listing all of them out.. an easier way to say would be almost 90% of Tom Lissauer. That also might not be sufficient. BAH!
And erm. it’s the final week of my “official” clinical posting. final 4 days to be exact. Next week onwards will be 8 weeks of Com Med posting where stuff are settled inside campus. hooray to no muar but.. need to have self motivation to go to hospitals n practice a lot la. Otherwise how to sit for exams.. =S
Haha.. bought this as a phone stand on friday.. gotta say it does look cute. hahaha.
it may be the most basic bird yet, but it’s still cute~ lol. too bad they don’t sell the pigs too. I guess they’d be cute also. haha =P
Entering second week of Paediatrics posting. There’s a block test tomorrow. There’s 6 topics included. ONLY 6. However it still feels like a lot. Mainly because exposure to paeds topics are really really little. Wonder what the hell the college is thinking. Dah la it’s a major posting, we only get a measly 4 week posting for it before p2s1 examinations. Pfft. And the theory part is also bad. So little exposure to the stuff..
Only 1 week has passed. However it definitely felt like an eternity. An unusual fatigue creeping up on me. Am I falling sick? gosh.. this is soo not the time. =S
BE STRONG! Must go through and learn maximum from it!
The nice and fragrant dumplings.. oh how I missed you.. Hunted up and down in melaka for you.. Found you at Bukit Beruang’s pasar malam finally.. Expensive you are, but why you are worth it. =)
